Have You Made it All the Way
to Jehovah yet ? Jesus said - "...No one can come to the Father
except through me."

Jesus said that no one can come to The Father
except through hiim. The question then is -
Have you made it all the way to His Father - Jehovah - yet? Since Christ has been chosen by Jehovah God - to be the
mediator between God and mankind - we have every reason
and hope that Christ will indeed bring us back to his Father,
Jehovah God.
Christ - The "Mediator"
Chosen by God
Have you ever gone to a mediator at any time in your life ?
Perhaps during negotiations between yourself and someone
else that you were having problems with, you may have sought
out the help of a mediator. If you have, then you probably
have a good idea of what a mediator does.
The mediator - is a "go-between" that attempts to
facilitate strained relations between two people.
Their purpose is to bring about an amiable relationship
between the two parties that had previously been apart,
or had a strained or difficult problem between them.
Jesus is just such a person - in his attempt to reconcile
mankind with Jehovah God. "...This is because God chose him (Jesus)
to be a high priest like Melchizedek."

The High Priest - Jesus Christ

Jesus Paid The Price

Translating From Hebrew to English
"Jehovah is simply the form
that conforms to normal English usage
with respect to Hebrew names in the Bible.
For example, in Hebrew, the name “Isaiah”
was probably pronounced “Yeshayahu.”
Similarly the English “Jerusalem”
was, in Hebrew, pronounced “Yerushalaim.”
“Jesus” was pronounced “Yeshua” or “Yehohshua”.
The names Isaiah, Jerusalem and Jesus,
were not the original Hebrew or Greek
pronunciations. It is normal and proper for
names to take on different pronunciations when
they are transferred into another language.
In Hebrew, God’s name was likely pronounced
“Yehowah,” in Spanish it is Jehová

The Kingdom That Christ Prayed For Jesus Christ often prayed in front of his Apostles.

Evidently, his Father's Name was First
in importance to Christ. It was not merely by chance that Jesus taught
his followers to put God's name first
in their prayers. That name was clearly of crucial
importance to him, since he mentioned it repeatedly
in his own prayers. On one occasion when he was praying publicly to God,
he was heard to say :
"Father, glorify your name!"
And God himself answered:
"I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again."

THE LORD'S PRAYER
Many people recognize this prayer as the first part of
the Model Prayer - also known as the "Lord's Prayer".
Many children have been taught to memorize this prayer,
and even later on in life, some adults can still recite it
by memory.
But little thought is ever given to the real meaning of
this prayer.
Did you notice that Jesus gave the honoring of God's Holy
Name as the first priority of his prayer ? He then asks for God's Kingdom to "come" - or be established
on the earth - so that everyone on earth would obey God, in
the same way that he is obeyed in heaven.
There are many scriptures that can be applied to these two
petitions made by Christ - in order to deepen and enhance
the magnitude of his Model Prayer. Let's Look At these First Two Parts
since they were obviously of the
Most Concern to Jesus -
1. "Our Father in heaven,
help us to honor your name. Evidently the utmost importance to Jesus
was the sactifying or honoring of God's Name.
That is why he put it as the first topic in
his Model Prayer. How sad that Jesus modern-day
followers do not follow him in this example.
Instead of sactifying and honoring God's Name,
they have removed it more than seven thousand
times from the Bible. And rather than honoring
God's Name, Jehovah, they have turned him into
a nameless "LORD". Even the pagan gods are
mentioned in the Bible by Name. Think of how much this must anger, Jesus, to see
that those who claim to follow him, have completely
ignored his admonition to them. When asked what was the most important commandment
to obey, Jesus replied that worshipping Jehovah God,
was the first and GREATEST command. “Teacher, which is the GREATEST
commandment in the Law?”

“‘You must love Jehovah your God
